Frederick Guest
Restored Ivory Boxes – Photograph (PWDRO 116/120 & 244/3); probably 1931-37
A photograph of three ivory boxes is annotated ‘Restored for The Hon Mr F Guest’. This is undoubtedly Frederick Edward Guest, first cousin and political ally of Winston Churchill, who, after rejoining the Conservative Party, became MP for Plymouth Drake in 1931 and remained in that position until his death in 1937 (Frederick Guest).
